What is a Master Vend / MSP?

Our managed service provision is most often used by organisations that rely heavily on recruitment agencies to support their recruitment function for temporary, contract or permanent recruitment or any combination of those. This could be due to volume, sector or location.

Essentially, the master vendor “Capital Outsourcing Group” will have a contract with a client to fill their roles and where we then pass the work on to other recruitment agencies.

There are numerous benefits that an effective MSP brings including:

  • Single point of contact for all your recruitment needs concentrating communication & accountability.
  • A single source will enable an even playing field on visibility through KPIs, workforce planning & analytics.
  • Recruitment will be faster, compliance will be assured & quality will be more tightly controlled channeling through the single vendor who controls the suppliers within the arrangement.

Our MSP

Capital comprises 10 recruitment agencies each with either a sector and / or geographic specialism so our first point of call will always be to estalish if one or more of our own recruitment businesses fit the profile of the work to be undertaken for the client. By using businesses within our Group, our clients benefit from an increased resource over which we retain 100% control.

Should additional external support be required, or requested, then we will invite employment businesses to work with us who compliment our service offering to the client. These would be sourced either from looking at our existing suppliers in other MSP arrangements, taking recommendations from our clients or going out to market. Successful businesses will be required to adhere to the same standards and contractual arrangements as ourselves.
