Telecoms Civils Operatives – Underground Network
£160 per day (after training) | CIS | Van, Fuel & Tools Provided
If you’ve worked on telecoms networks like BT Openreach, CityFibre, Virgin Media – this is for you.
We’re looking for operatives with real underground network experience – not heavy civils, just clean, small-scale residential work.
What You Get
- £160 per day once up to speed

- Paid training (£109.89 per day – 1.5 weeks)
- Company van, fuel card & all tools provided

- No heavy civils or streetworks
The Work
- Clearing duct blockages
- Soft digs (gardens & driveways)
- Duct sweeping & fibre install
- Pulling / blowing fibre
- Splicing & terminating (CSPs / CBTs)
- 5 jobs per day (on average)
- All work underground (no overhead)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience on telecoms networks (Openreach / Virgin / CityFibre etc.)
- Underground civils / fibre background
- Ideally: Civils Avoidance, TRR (Test Rod & Rope), fibre blowing
- Hands-on, reliable, and happy working outdoors
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6points
