Position: Trainee Telecoms Engineer
- Salary: Paid per job completed – the more you achieve, the more you earn!
- Hours: Full-time
What We’re Looking For
- A practical mindset and willingness to work with tools.
- Previous hands-on experience (construction, maintenance, landscaping, or similar) is a plus but not essential – we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
- A strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
- A full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 penalty points).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing and maintaining copper cables to ensure reliable connections for homes and businesses.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Using tools to complete high-quality installations (training provided).
- Working at heights of up to 15 metres (prior experience welcome but not required, however you do need to be comfortable doing this).
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally.
