Experienced Fibre / FTTP Engineer
£35,000–£60,000+ per year (Paid per completed job)
Full UK manual driving licence required
Are you an experienced fibre, broadband or telecoms engineer with strong hands-on experience on UK networks?
Maybe you’ve worked on FTTP, copper or Openreach builds but don’t currently hold every accreditation?

We’re recruiting experienced Fibre Telecoms Engineers and are happy to re-accredit engineers who can demonstrate real-world knowledge and a solid telecoms background.
We’re looking for engineers with:
- Proven hands-on experience in FTTP, fibre, copper, broadband or Openreach work
- A strong understanding of site safety, quality standards and network builds
- Previous telecoms experience (even if you’ve stepped away from the industry)
- A willingness to upskill and re-accredit where needed
Accreditations such as SA001, SA002, NRSWA, S7/S8 are beneficial but not essential — we will support re-accreditation for experienced engineers.
What we offer:
- £35,000–£60,000+ OTE (paid per completed job)
- Support to gain or renew required accreditations
